Born and raised in the heart of Nacogdoches County on a poultry farm, Lesa Rickenbacker has deep East Texas roots and a lifelong love for the land and the people who call it home. With a strong foundation built on family values, hard work, and a deep appreciation for the outdoors, Lesa brings a unique and personal touch to every real estate transaction.
Lesa began her real estate career in 2012 and earned her Broker’s license in 2020. Since then, she has helped countless clients achieve the American dream of property ownership—whether it's a first home, a ranch in the countryside, or a new business location. As the proud Broker/Owner of Rustic Pines Realty, LLC, Lesa combines local knowledge with professional expertise to guide buyers and sellers with honesty, integrity, and care.
Lesa specializes in residential, farm and ranch, and commercial real estate, and is known throughout the community as a trusted expert in the field. She’s earned the respect of clients and peers alike for her dedication, work ethic, and genuine desire to help others.
An active leader in the real estate community, Lesa is a graduate of Leadership Nac (2023) and the Texas Realtors Leadership Program. She has served on the Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors in multiple roles, including the Board of Directors, and on several key committees such as Public Relations, Nominating, and Scholarship. Her passion for service and community involvement is evident in everything she does.
When she's not helping clients or volunteering, Lesa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband of 29 years and their two teenage sons—whether it’s hunting, fishing, or relaxing at the lake. She also loves tending her yard and sneaking away for shopping trips and sister time.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas. East Texas has been my home since 2008, and I've grown to love its charm and community spirit. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, I initially found joy as a wedding planner, helping couples create unforgettable moments. However, my passion for guiding people through important life chapters led me to real estate.
With over a decade of experience in the East Texas real estate market, I have established myself as a trusted and knowledgeable resource for buyers and sellers alike. Born and raised in Nacogdoches County, I possess an in-depth understanding of the unique charm and opportunities our region has to offer.
